Billy and Jennifer
William Eckberg and Jennifer Hersch
October 14, 2008
It's over! Father gets sole legal custody of the children. See last entry below
Go ahead tell a friend.
Or send some feedback.
Jennifer Hersch has a boyfriend. His name is William (Billy) Eckberg. Here are two voice mails he left for Jennifer's ex-husband in which he:
- brags about how both he and family members have spent time in prison
- threatens theft and violence
- talks like a punk
Warning. Billy uses vulgar language in these recordings:
Message 1
Message 2
Billy later made good on one of his threats by stealing Jennifer's ex-husband's tools. He and Jennifer tried to stash the stolen goods at a friend's house, but Jennifer's friend called Jennifer's ex-husband, returned his tools, and even offered to testify against Jennifer and Billy.
Wait, there is more
Billy sent this text message to Jennifer's ex-husband after Jennifer's ex-husband told Jennifer that her "muscle boy" should mind his own business (spelling is Billy's):
Pull your mamas tit out of your mouth
i dont need my muscles to beat u just my brain
u have somthing to say to me u say it to me not to my lady
that my friend i put on the marine corps
dont do it again good nite sleep well
What a great mom.
Jennifer is such a great mom. She had custody of her son on Super Bowl Sunday. Where does she spend the day? A bar, of course.
She was supposed to drop off her son at her ex-husband's house at 7:30pm (legal agreement), but instead left him with someone else and left a phone
message for her husband to pick him up. She also forgot her son's school books that he needed for the next day. Did she deliver
the bag? Nope, typical of Jennifer, she just left a message that the bag was sitting on her driveway on the other side of town.
She also claimed that she was sober. Right.
Have a listen for yourself: Message
Billy arrested for domestic violence.
Well, it was bound to happen. Billy was arrested on charges of domestic violence at Jennifer's house the week of Monday, February 4.
Police, handcuffs, the whole deal. Of course, he was out of jail on $25,000 bail and back in the house only days later. So much for a reasonable environment for the children. Here is the documentation: RECORD
Billy shouldn't be driving
Billy was arrested on a DUI with an enhanced charge for excessive blood alcohol levels (RECORD), arrested again for driving with
a suspended license, and therefore, ordered by the court to drive only with an ignition interlock device (breathalyzer)
even after the reinstatement of his license (RECORD), an order that he has been regularly violating according to several eye witnesses.
Jennifer gets rude... again
Jennifer displaying all the trailer trash charm that has made her famous. I suppose that her ex-husband
just wouldn't drop everything and jump to her whim fast enough (warning, vulgar language): PHONE MESSAGE.
Billy calls the cops on Jennifer
It is as yet unclear as to what transpired on Monday, March 3, but Billy apparently called the police on Jennifer. He may
not have pressed charges, but according to witnesses, the police did request that Billy leave and not return to the house until Jennifer
sobered up. The RECORD only indicates the disturbance.
Billy gets served, gets drunk, threatens murder, and gets thrown in jail again. Friday, March 8, 2008
In response to ongoing, outrageous behavior at Jennifer's house, Jennifer's ex-husband initiated a restraining order to keep Billy away from
the children. Billy's response was to get drunk and leave a series of MESSAGES. Billy went as far as to threaten murder. He then caused a commotion in their neighborhood, was arrested, and spent the night in jail. Again. See call at 18:43 on page 2 and adult arrest record on second to last page of RECORD.
Billy gets a three-year restraining order. Jennifer ordered not to drink or do drugs when children present. July 3, 2008.
Billy did not show up to trial again and the judge ordered a three-year restraining order against him. Billy is not to come within 1000ft of
Jennifer, the children, or Jennifer's residence.
Jennifer disappears for a week. August, 2008. Instead of watching her two children, Jennifer disappears for a week with no contact.
A missing persons report is filed with the Davis police. Jennifer eventually returns and acts as if nothing happened. She calls her daughter
a liar, claiming that she told everyone where she was. This is an obvious falsehood and is beside the point of her not being with her children
during her week with them.
Jennifer back with Billy, intoxicated in front of the children, and kicks her children out. ~3:30am Aug. 19, 2008 Jennifer's daughter called the police
after she came home and found Jennifer and Billy drunk. This was in direct violation of both the restraining order and the
the court order for Jennifer not to drink in front of the children. Billy was also abusive. A drunk Jennifer told the children to leave and never come back.
She also said that she is going to marry Billy. Jennifer's ex-husband
is completely happy that he gets to have the children full time. Finally, an end to this madness.
Billy is connected. August 31, 2008 Billy is so entertaining. He had us rolling with a couple new harassing messages. It wouldn't be funny were it not for the fact that the kids are
now safely within the household of their father. Have a listen for yourself to this rambling assclown. Just to be clear, Jennifer's ex-husband has never stepped foot on Jennifer's property and certainly
has never been inside the house. Billy claims both to have evidence and to lack evidence of stalking and breaking in. It seems to be more desperate fabrications from a couple of imbalanced minds.
Here are the messages.
Here is Billy:

Finished! October, 14 2008 Today in Yolo County Court, Jennifer's ex-husband was awarded sole physical and legal custody of their
two children. The judge instructed Jennifer to attend a substance abuse counseling program and weekly Alcoholics Anonymous
meetings and begin paying child support, including two retroactive months.
